Wow, an actual gate attendant. And some landscaping. It's a parking lot, but kinda nice. And right at the bay, right at the ferry terminal.

Good parking lot across from the downtown and ferry terminal in Tiburon. Everything is open and there are plenty of spaces. The sign says cash only but at the checkout it says they take cards...

This lot is convenient for hopping on the ferry to SF or Angel Island. If you're camping on Angel Island, the overnight parking fee at the Point Tiburon lot is $25 (for 24 hours).
