HistoryWe started Beach Cites HIIT Bootcamp in 2013 to physically prepare our Krav Maga students to test for their next rank. We had such amazing results that we decided that we should expand the program to the public in 2014. Since then we have been getting men and women of all ages and all fitness levels in the best shape of their lives.SpecialtiesWe have the best Bootcamp program in Orange County.This class offers the ultimate in conditioning. The average participant will burn over 700 calories per class. There is no prerequisite to attend this class. The class combines basic and advanced plyometrics, body weight movements, sandbags, medicine balls and a multitude of other training and fitness devices. You will get stronger, fitter, and in fighting shape.
