affordable with great access to transit including a metro and several bus lines. great, helpful staff. everyone was chill and respectful the shared space. highly recommend if you can be too.

The bed is actually provide good privacy. They have a good kitchen set if cooking is needed. some equipment in the bathroom could be renewed. Still definitely worth the price for such a good location!
