I remember reading about this space being setup for resident to have a semi open space in downtown. It sounded like a great idea...but...this place does not look appealing in the least. Not really...

I pass by this place all the time. I never knew it was open to the public (at one time). I thought it was a private art venue like the Quartyard, or the Silo.
