I started my business almost 30 years ago because I am passionate about helping women move their bodies, no matter what size or shape they are, so they can age gracefully and live fully. My Knee Friendly Fitness System has helped hundreds of women who have gained strength and stamina and are living abundant lives. Having overcome food addiction and poor body image, I stopped dieting 25 years ago, and began teaching other women to live more fit and joyful lives as they take control of their bodies and health. My clients and I have been featured on Good Morning America, NPR and The San Francisco Chronicle.
