Now, for some details: Our normal hours of operation are 7: 30am to 4: 30pm Monday - Friday. (Evenings, holidays and weekends are not regular business hours) Saturdays, Sunday and evening work after 4: 00 pm is charged at time & one half. Holidays and work after 7: 30pm is billed at double time. For residential customers, Our standard rate is $78.00 per hour for the technician's labor with a diagnostic fee of $65.00.
