History
Opened in 1992 by the Gutierrez family, it was a small restaurant with 12 tables serving Mexican staples such as Pozole, Menudo and the house specialty, Birria, along with the typical favorites like tacos, tortas, burritos, and seafood. The family restaurant expanded in 2010 to accommodate 27 tables. The recipes remain the same and the family's passion to serve delicious food to new and returning customers is what keeps them going.
Specialties
The house specialty is Birria, made using the same recipe since 1944 in the famous Plaza Garibaldi of Mexico City, Mexico. Corn tortillas for our platters are made fresh to order. We have many other savory foods for you to try. We are a full service restaurant ready to serve you delicious food that is well worth the wait. Come on by and give us a try, you will not regret it.
