History

Over thiry years ago, I needed daycare for my oldest son. As a Janitorial contractor, I was disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of the options available to my family. A friend of mine owned a childcare facility in a nearby town and after speaking with her about my dilema of not having a high quality option in my area, I was inspired to change things, not only for my son, but for my community and Play 'N' Learn was born. In the beginning, we were licensed for 28 children. My wife ran the school on a daily basis. Over the years, we grew to a capacity of over 190 children. I am happy to say that my daughter (a Play 'N' Learn graduate) now runs the school. Even though we've grown over the years, I am proud that I have managed to keep our focus on children and teachers over profits. Many of our teachers have been here 10 and even over 15 years. That kind of dedication doesn't happen on accident and I'm proud to own Play 'N' Learn Preschool!
