This lady is very unprofessional, said what do you need, and left my id on her desk telling me to grab it

I called and they told me to walk in , when I arrived, they said it needs appoitment. Wait an hour for walk in appoitment.

I recommend this facility's kind, sweet, and considerate care. They've been helpful to understand exactly I need to talk about in full confidence.
