Came in to do a walk in at 2:59. When I get to the counter they say walk ins end at 3:00. I was there by 3:00. Kinda rude

INSANEEEE wait time regardless of having an appointment.. (waited for more than an hour) and the girl who walked me in had such an attitude lmao. Van Nuys was way better as a WALK IN mind you.
