Pixie Crust is a home-based bakery in San Diego (Cottage Food Operation) licensed by the California Department of Public Health. Formally known as Fascinare Event Decor, Desserts, and Planning, which was initially based in Los Angeles, CA. Founded in 2010 by Joyee, Fascinare went on to win many awards and recognitions from CBS in Los Angeles, The Knot, Wedding Wire, and the Wedding Channel. The company was also featured in several magazines and reality TV shows. In addition to making delicious desserts, we also specialize in event planning.
