Our skilled nursing facility offers comprehensive rehabilitative care through physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We also provide care with IV therapy, wound care, pain management, NG and G Tube care, hospice care, and much more. We have our multi-lingual staff to provide services to all our patients through many individually tailored programs made by our interdisciplinary team comprised of physicians, rehabilitative nurses, dietitians, neuropsychologists, and physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Other services like optometry, audiology, podiatry, and diagnostics are scheduled to be done in our facility. Languages spoken: Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog

Crestwood Manor offers long-term treatment for patients with behavioral and mental issues, such as Alzheimer s disease and dementia-related disorders. It also offers 24-hour nursing care through licensed and registered nurses.
