History

Broker Juan C. Mancheno opened up shop in the late 90's as a small one man business, and slowly has grown over the years, only adding Agents who have at least 10+ years of experience and knowledge of real estate under their belt. He maintains a small boutique shop that caters to anywhere from 1st-time buyers to big corporate investors. Many of the Agents speak Spanish.

We are passionate real estate agents who help people transition to the next phase of their lives by providing clarity, education and deep strategic knowledge. We also have In-House Lending with specialty 1st-Time Buyer programs and specialize in FHA financing. We also do credit repair counseling for those who may need it, which is often the case for people who have experienced a recent foreclosure, short sale, or bankruptcy. We have several Agents throughout the Bay Area and look forward to serving you in the near future.
