Waiting for 2 hours with my elderly mom and still haven't been seen by the Dr. It's ridiculous that our appointment was at 1215, we got here at 11:50 and at 2pm still weren't seen by Dr... wow!...

Supervisor goes home early and there is no alternative to contact them. They tell you one thing then the forms say another. Inform your patient's correctly.
