William is so kind and patient and makes getting fro-yo so enjoyable. This is my go to ice cream place

So bad . Don't order smoothie. Just do the frozen yogurt . It is no flavor . And very diluted .

I've always been a customer at this particular Pinkberry and even though it's a smaller location and sometimes it takes a minute to find parking, it's one I keep coming back to. The service here...

Cannot go wrong with plain tart, and their toppings. Very good frozen yogurt and smoothies. Must try if you haven't.

1/23. Walked in at 9:29 and the young lady said they were open but the guy said they were closed. Nothing was put away, why not take my money and give me some yogurt? Terrible customer service....
