Pink and Boujee was founded by Yesenia Castro, a DREAMER raised in Boyle Heights and born in Veracruz, Mexico. Born to Mexican parents Pink and Boujee is all about sharing Mexican-American and Latinx culture through delicious food. It's famous for its signature prime asada, al pastor, chicken, and veggie Pink Tacos, loaded Hot Cheetos, and freshly-made Aguas Frescas. This Latina-owned small business started off as a mobile truck but opened its brick-and-mortar in February of 2023which quickly became popular due to their incredible aesthetic and mouth watering flavors. Pink & Boujee’s space offers more than just a photo-worthy scene but also a perfect Saturday brunch - featuring their unique Pink Pancakes for the sweet tooth, or Pink-aquiles if you want something savory. Pink and Boujee LA’s downtown location also provides fast takeout and grab & go lunch options in between some of the city’s most popular spots like the Arts District, Little Tokyo and the Mariachi Plaza.

I loved the service.. they're all super nice. The tacos and cafe de olla were more than what I was expecting. The decor is amazing. Got to take super cute pictures.
