Maintenance is okay even though manager lives on the premises. Pool is dirty at times. The common walk ways have not been cleaned in a long time. Has a high turnover rate. Rent is a little pricey....

I would not recommend this place to rent. the place never gets fixed, painting the walls is not an improvement. The barbecue is rusty an old its the only thing they got. The pool is clean that's...
