I found myself faced with needing a hip replacement, Maja helped me get strong and I was able to walk with out a cane up until surgery. I was back working out with her 45 days after! Thank you Maja!

I was trained by the only trainer of the stars,in the country at the time. I was lucky to be trained by the best, authentically! Now Mysself, daughter Caitlin & my son Mccall are elder-master instructors, carrying on the next generation. Having a world tour this year to make a difference in keeping Pilates pure, sharing experience & choreography that no one else has. Physical therapy is rewarding.. teacher trying is available. Offering machine, mat, bar, ballet, private & Skype classes.

It took me several attempts to locate her studio as her address is incorrect on her facebook page and on the groupon she offered. She does not have a website so you can only get info on Facebook....
