History

Dennie and Debi go back 20 plus years in the Pilates field with a focus on post rehabilitation, posture, alignment and overall improved sense of well being. It was their goal to establish a warm, friendly, caring environment for their clients and that dream is now a reality. Dennies professional volleyball years prepared her well for the challenges that athletes face during their careers. She has studied a variety of techniques and utilizes that which will best serve each individual client. Our Physical Therapist, Karen (DPT) has been in the field for over 20 years. Kim has created a program that is surfer specific, in addition to her 20 plus years of Pilates instrucction. Christina works with all populations and specializes in equestrians. Heidi's background with group mat work as well as private clientele rounds out our team of professionals. You can count on working with your breath, posture, alignment, length and strength to create a firm foundation for movement in your life.
