The team was formed in 2011 by Bryce Egbert, Daniel DeLeon and Christian Casados. For the past four years, the economic opportunity and our team's understanding of real estate trends occurring in and around the greater Los Angeles area helped drive our initial model: to acquire, rehab, and sell distressed and traditional residential properties. During this period, we successfully transformed over 70 homes and have sold over 200 homes.
