Horrible customer service. The owner puts words in customers mouths and her employees are super rude. Save your money and go to a reputable shop.

my experiance was quiet horrible. My daughter had her first ear pierced, the gun misfired on the second one. They didnt have anymore of that earing tipe in stock and wanted me to come back weeks...
