History

Two years before the giant stock market crash that led to the Great Depression, James R. Pierce decided to open up a new plumbing company in Oakland. During the next few years of turbulence and difficulty the company cut it's teeth and took its first steps toward becoming a leading Bay Area Plumbing Contractor. Survival during those early years required a genuine dedication to quality and a job well done. Those same principles that helped the young J.R. Pierce Plumbing Company get through its first difficult years are present today as we make our way through the current Recession.
