I took a suit and a dress shirt there to be dry cleaned and I was desperate as I needed it back as soon as possible and definitely before the next day and had been understandably turned away....

Customer service from Itzi absolutely bad!! I asked if I can get my pants for tomorrow and she said No we don't do service next day! If we do. You won't get your discount.. I said I have done that...

This used to be my favorite dry cleaner 10-12 years ago, back when I lived in West L.A. They also altered a ball gown for me around that time, so quite naturally when I needed new outfits altered...
