Physique Magnifique

We are a fully-equipped fitness center and specialize in personalized service. Our facility offers an environment comfortable for the beginning fitness enthusiast and equipped enough for the competitive athlete. We offer one-on-one, semi-private and small group personal training as well as group training classes including cardio-fit, bike aerobics, boxing, jiu-jitsu, kids judo, and kids capoeira. Physique Magnifique is also the home of a well-renowned Olympic trainer who coaches Olympic lifting at our facility. Please inquire about upcoming yoga classes to be offered. Physique Magnifique started in 1992 as a personal training business in a one-car garage. When they outgrew their garage, they moved into a 500 square foot studio, and soon after that into a 6, 000 square foot fully-equipped fitness center. Jim Wilson who is the founder of Physique Magnifique has over 30 years of experience as a competitive bodybuilder winning such titles as Middleweight Mr. U.S.A., and Overall Mr. Northern California, just to name a few. He has also been personal training for over 25 years and managed some prestigious health clubs before he decided to start his own business. His wife and business partner Futaba Takashima has also been a competitive physique competitor for 15 years, and has a background in dance. Physique Magnifique is a well-rounded fitness center with knowledgeable trainers and staff members that truly love helping people achieve their fitness goals. It is a friendly, family-oriented facility where everybody feels comfortable and a part of the family.
