Nice facility and it's feels much larger inside. Lots of machines and PT tables, and diligent working staff. Plenty of parking spaces. On weekdays, they are open from 7 am to 6pm, 7 am to noon...

Came for a day pass. Would not recommend to use as gym. Got a lift in but it's mostly physical therapy and people doing therapy around you. They have priority obviously and not a lot of room...
