Service was good, both staff were very nice. Clean and spacious. A little pricey, but I think a lot of places around here are pricey nowadays.

Pho Thin Ha Noi is located in a strip mall with decent amount of parking. As you enter the restaurant, it's recently been updated and remodeled. The service was nice, friendly, and attentive....
