The pho was okay. Bean sprouts were not very fresh. Service was good. The ambiance would have been better without the rap music from the radio.

Pho Sao Bien is a good solid stop for vietnamese food. I have been going for years and really like their soup stock. They give a generous amount of noodles and veggies on to go orders as well....
