Came here on New Year's Eve to fuel up post church so we could get some grocery shopping done. Pho 54 is a fairly standard cheap pho place that I can't complain too much about....

Large beef combo noodle for $8 and $1 tip. In additional, it doesn't to pay tax! Delicious noodle and courteous service. I will be back.
