i've had a lot of good pho in my lifetime, and this pho is about average. however, i haven't really been able to find too decent of a bowl of pho in k-town, so i usually have to settle for this...

if measured on a scale of 10, i'd say the 5.5 just about sums it up. what it has going for them is they smell damn good from the parking lot. and that's pretty much it.
