Dr. Toolson received his specialty training at the University of Illinois at Chicago where he also earned a Masters Degree in Orthodontics. He and his family moved to Encinitas in 1990 and has lived and worked in Encinitas ever since.

I don't really take the time to write reviews but I was really disappointed with the service I received. Receptionist didn't explain treatment well and came off as rude.
