Phil Caylor

History

The passion of my life has been to help people to solve their health challenges, to help people to be free of pain and disease and to be happy. I began my career as a massage therapist in 1971. There is a passion in me to be of best service to others for healing which has lead me to developing an expertise in acupuncture, nutrition and nutritional protocols, energy work, stress reduction, In 1973 I graduated from the Postural Integration Institute where I learned a deep tissue method similar to Rolfing. In 1976 I started the first state approved massage therapy school in Santa Cruz, The Holistic Institute of Santa Cruz. In 1988 I graduated from the Five Branches Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and became a licensed acupuncturist. Over the years I have been honing my skills in acupuncture, massage, energy healing, nutritional exams and protocols.

For over 40 years, Phil Caylor has been instrumental in helping patients achieve immediate pain relief, providing support in detoxifying and toning the tissues, promoting healing and restoring health, and teaching relaxation techniques that can be easily incorporated into daily life. Open Mon-Fri, and by appointment only for Sat-Sun. Since 1971, Phil has been providing comprehensive health care and has become masterful in the fields of: Acupuncture, Medical Chi Gong, Health Coaching, Advanced Massage Therapy, Postural Alignment, Cranial, Cranial Sacral, Visceral Massage, Nutritional Response Testing, and Stress Management.
