Thought I would pass on a compliment we received on the installation of the solar panel array. We've had a few leaks (not near the solar panels!) and so we had a roofer come take a look at them....

They do not follow up on calls about problems with the system. I have been trying for over a month, calling every week and using their online contact page.

I found out the company was sold and the new owners do not stand behind their product or even return emails or calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I'm having an issue with a system installed and warrantied by Phat Energy and they don't return calls or emails. Perhaps out of business, but I'm looking into suing them since the purchase price...
