As part of a wine tasting tour, we had the nicest experience at Peter Cellars. Peter is the winemaker and his wine is exceptional. I'm a Cab drinker, but we tasted his Rosé, two Pinots and a Cab....

I just opened and tried the 2012 vintage pinot and it was sooooo delicious! However wasn't the same on the 2nd day. So make sure to drink it all once opened! Can't wait to open the 2011 soon!
