I worked at pet talk literally 30 years ago. The women that owned it got mad at a dog and bit it and another dog dislocated its shoulder. I called the animal control and quit that day.

Terribleness. Don't waste your money. Owner is rude. Dog was a mess, bad cut stilled smelled. If she had integrity she would have given me my money back but she did not instead she threatened...
