I use to go to the other location. Was not a huge fan. I have a very scared dog and they didn't seem to care. This location is much better and they are getting better and better with my fur baby.

Can someone answer the phone? All day in a cage is not acceptable. If not enough help cut back on appts.? More grooming training.

It's a hit and miss. Dogs NEVER come back as expected and it takes 3-4 hours plus they never answer the phone!
