History

Carolina Ortiz is the founder and owner of Permanent Beauty. She is a cosmetologist and esthetician and has been performing Permanent Make-up procedures since 1989. During her 25-year career, she has seen all types of skin, age ranges and of course, trends. However, her goal has always been to provide her clients with an elegant and natural looking Permanent Make-up. Carolina Ortiz opened her first Permanent Make-up location in Central California and is proud to bring her skills and expertise to her second location in the beautiful Leucadia section of Encinitas, California. Over the years, Ms. Ortiz has shared her knowledge by educating and training others and has helped a number of people establish their own thriving Permanent Make-up clinics throughout California and the U.S.

At Permanent Beauty our staff, with 18 and 24 years of experience, are dedicated to using Permanent Make-up in order to enhance our clients natural beauty. We focus on providing our clients with a soft and natural Permanent Eyebrow design. Our clients eyes become more expressive with a delicate and elegant Permanent Eyeliner. Permanent Lip Liner and Lip Fill will make lips more kissable and help restore a youthful appearance.
