Used this place for self-storage...good rates but deceptive small-print contract practices and pretty rude customer service.

If it were possible to give no stars, I would. Terrible, rude customer service, and COMPLETE incompetence in the billing department. I would never, ever, EVER recommend this storage to anyone....
