History

Our company was established in 1992. At that time a growing concern for our environment and energy consumption was a budding concern. We joined with Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) and became a SMUD Master List Contractor. In doing this we can offer our Residential customers the High Efficiency equipment with rebates and financing on all new installs. This offers our customers the chance to not only save money but to consume less electrical power. Early on we specialized in maintaining Analytical Laboratories and very large commercial HVAC applications. Our team maintained these laboratories refrigerated Mass Spec Analyzers, refrigeration systems, Production Water Chiller systems, Laboratory Hood Air Flow Pressures (to meet OSHA safe operational standards) and their Large HVAC controls Systems. Over the last 23 years of business we have assisted our customers meet all of their HVAC expectations and concerns if it was budget or energy savings.

Specialties

Perfection Heating and Cooling is a one stop shop for commercial and residential heating and cooling HVAC) service & repair, new replacement of heating and cooling equipment, preventive maintenance and sheet metal and ducting repair/installation. We service and repair all makes and brands from small residential 2-5 tons of cooling to large commercial multilevel building of up to 600 tons in size. Our large commercial service includes service and repair on large chillers (up to 75 tons), Mammoth systems, 75 ton Gas Pack units, Pneumatic systems, Chilled water systems, Data Centers, Chilled Production Equipment and Large Office Buildings. We also service and install Energy Management controls systems. Such as DDC, Logic systems, Metysis by Johnson Controls and now install the new Wireless Green Tech Controls Systems with Live Scan Imaging.
