Never coming back to this place ever again. Seriously messed up my hair. I didnt ask for layers i asked for a V shape thats all. These dont even look like layers

Zero stars!!! Fucked my hair up!!! Then when it was beyond repair I asked her to shave it off, then she dug the blade in my skin and I left bleeding! She didn't even know what a taper was .
