Dropped my car off for an alignment but i did not get a phone call that it was ready so i went before closing and it never got done.

We had 10:30 appt and they never got to vehicle to look at even though first person I spoke with apparently lied and said they took it for test drive. Avoid this place!

Don't tell me it's gonna be 2 hours when you haven't even started at hour 5! Went in for a regular oil change and had an 11am appointment. I expected some wait and was told two hours. I showed up...
