History
In 1974, Penny's Family Restaurant opened in Culver City. Penny's Family Restaurant is now settled in West Covina where it has been open since 1996. What makes Penny's special is the homemade buttermilk pancakes (no water added at all) and large portion sizes at affordable prices. Many of our customers keep coming back because of the great prices but also because of the friendly environment and great service at Penny's.
