Peking Restaurant was opened in September of 1979 by Bill Chu. He wanted to carry on the tradition set by his father Kin Fo Ju (New Yen Ching), of introducing Stockton to Mandarin and Szechuan style of Chinese cuisine. Today the restaurant is still running strong. Bill has since retired and it is run by his son William and wife Curterina.
Specialties
Peking offers a variety of mandarin and szechuan dishes. Our potstickers and eggrolls are still made by hand. All can be enjoyed whether you dine in, pick up or have it delivered. The restaurant can accommodate banquets up to 50 people. We also cater buffet style for any occasion.. For your next special occasion reserve one of our Shandong Seafood, Peking Duck or Vegetarian Banquet Specialty Menu.
