Was a long time customer of State Farm, when my agent passed away I was transferred around and then got Peggy, I had 3 vehicles and home owners insurance with them, instead of my rates going down...

Do not do business with this woman or any of her employees. They will over charge you and not give you the coverage that you request. Her employees are rude and incompetent and she is as well.

Tried charging me more money then the policy stated.Horrible customer service & are always trying to get more money out of your pocket.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
