This is a local family-owned bakery. The owners and our master baker together have over 40 years of experience in the food industry. Both love the idea of bringing smiles to the faces of the recipients of their bakery creations. It is their goal to bring traditional Hong Kong bakery and cafe favorites to Sacramento. As Hong Kong is an International City, they also hope to bring favorites from different countries.
