Great staff. Parking lot is kinda run down but otherwise okay. Great location with tons of food options near by. Loved the Arnold Palmer! It was perfectly tart but sweet so go easy on the nade...

I came to Peet's coffee today and tried the Peppermint Mocha Latte It was very tasty. A great place to meet up with friends. Service was great. I would come back!
