This location is not the newest looking but it does the job. They have decent customer service. The coffee is nice and strong though. My go to is their Iced Havana cappuccino. Definitely good...

Normally, I go to the Petes coffee in San Jose where I live, but I happen to be in Palo Alto yesterday and thought oh I'll get a coffee. I have never had such rude customer service from a Petes...

Slow service and rude employees. Waited 10 minutes patiently for a coffee and then when I asked for an update (cause they clearly forgot) was yelled at. Won't go back.

This place always plays alt music it's nice. It's a little dark inside but a nice place to do work. The drinks are pretty standard.
