In 2003 Dr. Caceres and Dr. Garcia founded Pediatric Associates California in Madera, a successful private practice with emphasis in individualized and advanced pediatric care. In 2018, Pediatric Associates California expanded to Fresno. In the new Fresno location, Dr. Caceres and Dr. Garcia provide the same quality of care to kids since birth until they are ready to go to college.
