Just went the other day, the road was still open to make it just a very short hike to get to the cool creek and bridge area. IT DEFINITELY IS STILL ILLEGAL TO VISIT UNTIL MAY 21st 2021 at least....

To get to deep creek you can 4x4 through Cedar Glenn or take HWY 330 through running springs to HWY 18. It is beautiful to off-road and nice to hike. It is great for dogs if they enjoy water...

My 6 year old hiked it. It was the highlight our trip. Make sure to get an adventure pass. Its only 5 bucks at the store right there.

An excellent swimming hole about quarter of a mile upstream from Aztec falls. It is easier to get to and, if you're lucky, not as crowded or trashed out as the aztec falls.
