It sucks that one of the few cheap and local alternatives for trying on shoes is going out of business, but I'm not that surprised. Every time I walked in there, there was an employee complaining...

The kindest thing I can say is that the cashiers are in desperate need of customer service training. There were 4 employees in the store, and yet, it was nigh unto impossible to obtain help....
