History

Billy Shain started Paws on the Nose after working in San Francisco as a dog walker. When he returned to San Diego he started his business with the goal of providing pack training and socialization in an open off leash area. The idea was to let dogs be in their natural state and dogs are pack animals. Dogs in packs become well socialized and comfortable with their surroundings, making for a happy and well adjusted pup.
